Returns & Refunds
RETURNS:
Please choose your Cold Buddy Bag carefully as we do not exchange or refund for change of mind (including unwanted gifts, wrong selection etc.) All bag dimensions and details are listed on each product’s page to provide as much information about the product as possible prior to purchasing. Please feel free to email us with any questions you have!
You are welcome to return merchandise purchased online, within fourteen days of receipt via return post for an exchange or refund, if the Cold Buddy product:
- has not been used
- is not soiled or damaged
- has its original tags attached
- is returned in its original packaging
If you believe that you have received faulty or damaged merchandise it can be returned. Our warranty period for FAULTY items is 3 months – we do require a receipt/proof of purchase.
Please note that normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.
The shipping costs incurred for returning items for an exchange are not covered by Cold Buddy. The money refunded will be slightly adjusted to reflect the initial shipping of the product to you. This is generally between $9.95 and $13.95.
REFUNDS
Once the product is received, your request will be processed within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be pay back to you by the original payment method, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account.

SHIPPING
Cold Buddy Bags is based in Sydney, Australia and ships worldwide.
We aim to dispatch orders received before 11am AEST during regular business hours on the same day. Orders received after 11am AEST, on weekends or public holidays are aimed to be dispatched the next business day.
During busy sale periods there may be a delay in dispatching your order due to an increase in order volumes.
At the moment Cold Buddy includes shipping in our prices. This may change in the future.
Although we do our best to send out orders in a timely manner, we cannot be held responsible for any delays with Australia Post.

What Are Neoprene Bags Made From
NEOPRENE!
Cold Buddy Bags are made from perforated neoprene (the material that wetsuits are made of).
Our bags are 95% neoprene and 5% polyester. The 5% polyester is the exterior colour laminated onto the neoprene.
Are The Bags Machine Washable?
MACHINE WASHABLE? – YES!
We know that life can get a little messy at times.
Cold Buddy Bags can be put in the washing machine on ‘cool/gentle wash’ with some gentle detergent, in a mesh washing bag/lingerie bag. After washing hang your bag on a coat hanger to dry.
We take every step to ensure quality craftsmanship. Taking good care of your bag will ensure it last a long time.
