Please choose your Cold Buddy Bag carefully as we do not exchange or refund for change of mind (including unwanted gifts, wrong selection etc.) All bag dimensions and details are listed on each product’s page to provide as much information about the product as possible prior to purchasing. Please feel free to email us with any questions you have!
You are welcome to return merchandise purchased online, within fourteen days of receipt via return post for an exchange or refund, if the Cold Buddy product:
- has not been used
- is not soiled or damaged
- has its original tags attached
- is returned in its original packaging
If you believe that you have received faulty or damaged merchandise it can be returned. Our warranty period for FAULTY items is 3 months – we do require a receipt/proof of purchase.
Please note that normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.
The shipping costs incurred for returning items for an exchange are not covered by Cold Buddy. The money refunded will be slightly adjusted to reflect the initial shipping of the product to you. This is generally between $9.95 and $13.95.
Once the product is received, your request will be processed within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be pay back to you by the original payment method, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account.
