Cold Buddy Bags is based in Sydney, Australia and ships worldwide.

We aim to dispatch orders received before 11am AEST during regular business hours on the same day. Orders received after 11am AEST, on weekends or public holidays are aimed to be dispatched the next business day.

During busy sale periods there may be a delay in dispatching your order due to an increase in order volumes.

At the moment Cold Buddy offers FREE shipping for purchases of two or more bags. This may change in the future.

Although we do our best to send out orders in a timely manner, we cannot be held responsible for any delays with Australia Post.

DELIVERY

Cold Buddy uses the services of Australia Post.

There can be the occasional courier delays which may slightly affect the delivery time frame.

Expected Delivery Times

For the state of NSW, 2-5 business days.

Other parts of Australia, 3-10 business days.
